In 1987 I was given the opportunity to star in the national tour of Song & Dance. For six months, I did eight shows a week in a new city each week, accompanied by my newborn son, husband and parents. I was the only one on stage for the first act.
After years of performing in concerts, on TV and having my music played on the radio, I became the proud owner of an Equity card.
