National Agreement
This agreement is designed for a variety of theatres across the country of various types across the country, including those who may have previously used other agreements such as SPT, Casino, Cabaret, Midsize or LOAs. It outlines standard rules applicable
across many kinds of productions while empowering the union and individual employers to negotiate specific terms to reflect the needs of the workers and circumstances of the employers at each individual theatre.
The agreement began on November
4, 2024.
