Casa Bonita United

Casa Bonita entertainment workers who are unionized with Actors' Equity Association have been bargaining with management for their first union contract for a year!
Management refuses to agree to a living wage.
These professional performers want wages similar to the other workers in the building so they can continue entertaining guests for years to come.
WHAT WE NEED
Fair Wages
Performers are some of the lowest-paid workers at Casa Bonita and do not receive tips (which we have not asked for).
Employees in other departments make an actual living wage plus tips.
Management's wage proposal does nothing to address the pay cap at Casa Bonita, let alone keep up with inflation.
Benefits
We have already compromised with Casa Bonita management by agreeing to keep their healthcare plan. We need adjustments to how much Casa Bonita pays towards these benefits to keep them attainable for workers.
The Cliff Divers face extra danger on the job, but management won't commit $4/week to supplemental workers' compensation to protect them in the event that something goes wrong.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
If you'd like to show your support for Casa Bonita workers, email hola@casabonitadenver.com to tell them to give workers the wages and benefits they're asking for!
