Equity and the AFL-CIO: Mobilizing our Members Equity is teaming up with the AFL-CIO for a Million Member Mobilization drive to demonstrate support for the Employee Free Choice Act. In an unprecedented effort, the unions are seeking over one million signatures to present to Congress in support of the legislation. The Employee Free Choice Act would level the playing field for workers seeking union representation. Equity has pledged to collect the signatures of at least 10% of the membership in support of the legislation. More information on how you can participate will be available soon.
